DELIVERY WITHIN CROATIA

DELIVERY:

Goods shipped in standard packages up to 40 kg, ordered on business days and for which payment is confirmed before 12:00 PM, will be dispatched the same day, and delivery is typically made on the next business day. Delivery is carried out through our partner, GLS. The delivery cost for standard packages up to 40 kg is €7.00. We deliver throughout Croatia but do not offer international delivery.


DELIVERY OF CAR TRAILERS

We provide car trailer delivery across Croatia. Delivery is arranged through direct communication with the sales department or by pickup at our branch. For items that cannot be delivered, the only option available is "pickup at the branch." If additional equipment is ordered with the car trailer (such as tarpaulin with framework, additional side panels, etc.) and there is a risk of damage during transport, this equipment will be delivered disassembled with assembly instructions.


CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Upon receiving the product, the customer is required to check for any visible damage and immediately report it to the delivery person or refuse to accept the shipment if external damage is visible.

The customer must sign the delivery note or dispatch note upon receiving the goods, which the delivery service will consider as confirmation of receipt.


Upon delivery, the customer should check the shipment for all parts listed in the manufacturer's specifications. In case of missing items, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours after delivery. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.


In cases of delays due to force majeure (lost products, products damaged in the partner's distribution center and returned to Conormax without being delivered to the customer, etc.), Conormax d.o.o. does not assume responsibility for the "initial risk" but commits to sending a replacement product as soon as possible.
