Warranty for Product Quality and Service:


Products for which we provide a warranty in accordance with the law and the manufacturer's warranty come with a warranty certificate. The right to use the warranty is granted upon presenting the receipt and the warranty certificate. The customer is obliged to keep both the warranty certificate and the receipt. The date of the receipt marks the beginning of the warranty period. The product description includes information about the duration of the warranty for that specific product.


In the case where a warranty certificate is issued by the manufacturer guaranteeing the product's quality over a certain period, if the product is found to be faulty, the customer may request that the product be repaired within a reasonable timeframe or replaced with a new, fault-free product. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the product must be delivered to an authorized service center listed in the warranty certificate.

The right to use the warranty is granted exclusively upon presenting the receipt. The customer is required to keep both the warranty certificate and the receipt. Defects resulting from improper use and/or failure to follow instructions are not covered by the warranty. Servicing and the sale of replacement parts for the purchased product are provided through authorized service centers listed in the warranty certificate.
