Conormax d.o.o., as the service provider of the website conormax.hr, conormax.hr, complies with applicable regulations to protect the privacy of its Customers and Users, particularly the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This document describes how the data controller, Conormax d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Conormax d.o.o.), processes personal data.

Statement on the Protection, Collection, and Use of Personal Data

Conormax.hr is committed to safeguarding customers’ personal data by collecting only the essential information needed to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about how their data will be used and regularly offer them the choice to control its use, including the option to have their name removed from any marketing mailing lists. All user data is stored securely and is accessible only to those employees who require it to perform their job duties. All employees of Conormax.hr and our business partners are responsible for adhering to these privacy protection principles.

Statement on the Secure Transfer of Personal Data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Monri WSPay—acting as the payment authorization and processing provider—handles personal data as a data processor. We process personal data in full compliance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and under the strict requirements of the PCI DSS Level 1 standard for the protection and transmission of payment card information.

The merchant collects only the personal data of customers that is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, issue invoices, deliver products, and provide customer support.

The data that may be collected includes: full name, address, email address, phone number, order information, and, in the case of online payments, transaction-related data (which is not stored locally but processed through an authorized payment processor).

Personal data is stored in accordance with applicable legislation (including GDPR) and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. for tax and accounting obligations).

The customer has the right to access their data, correct inaccurate information, and request deletion of data when it is no longer needed, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

When registering as a Customer  conormax.hr, on conormax.hr, Conormax d.o.o. will request certain personal information, such as: Full name, Address (including postal code), Email address, Phone number

 Providing personal data is a decision made by the Customer or User. If a Customer or User does not provide the required mandatory information for a specific activity, they will not be able to participate in that activity, as it will not be technically feasible without the required data.


In addition to this information, we automatically collect data from your computer, which may include your IP address. Conormax d.o.o. also collects and processes personal data of Customers enrolled in the Loyalty Program to create personalized content using automated data processing.

Additionally, Conormax d.o.o. collects and processes personal data of Users who subscribe to notifications about products and promotions for the following purposes: Sending notifications and invitations to participate in prize contests via email, social media, or other communication channels
Handling potential legal proceedings related to contract execution
Creating user profiles for personalized notifications
Conducting market research
Improving service efficiency and quality  


We do not collect data on children. If we become aware that we have received such data without parental or guardian consent for children under the age of 16, we will delete it immediately. Minors under 16 years old are not allowed to use conormax.hr,  the conormax.hr website, and no part of the website conormax.hr, is designed to attract anyone under that age. 


What Is the Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data?   

By entering their personal data and confirming (clicking) to accept the General Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Statement, the Customer enters into a contractual relationship with Conormax d.o.o., which forms the legal basis for purchasing products and services on conormax.hr. conormax.hr,Processing of such personal data is therefore lawful, as it is necessary for fulfilling the Customer’s request to purchase products or services and for executing the purchase contract where the Customer is a contracting party. A Customer registering for the Loyalty Program gives consent for the processing of their personal data by entering their data and confirming their registration by clicking the "Sign Up" button.


A User subscribing to product and promotion notifications gives consent for the processing of their personal data by entering their data on conormax.hr  conormax.hr,  and confirming their email address via a double opt-in process. The User can withdraw consent at any time by notifying the Data Protection Officer at info@conormax.hr. info@conormax.hr 


With Whom Does Conormax.hr conormax.hr, Share Personal Data?

Conormax d.o.o. does not share Customers' or Users' personal data with third parties except in the cases listed below or when required by applicable regulations. 

When necessary to fulfill purchase contracts or comply with legal obligations, Conormax d.o.o. may share Customer data with:


1. Service providers for product distribution, with whom we have ongoing contracts for fulfilling orders, delivering packages, and sending postal or email correspondence. Verification of Identity at Package Delivery The Customer may be required to present a personal identification card at the time of package delivery during in-person collection. This is necessary to complete the delivery process and record who has received the package. If the Customer refuses to provide this information, the package will not be handed over.


2. Authorized Service Providers – If a Customer files a complaint, requests a product inspection, or needs a repair/service for a purchased product, personal data may be shared with authorized service providers to facilitate the repair, servicing, or inspection of the product.  

  

3. Contest Sponsors – If Conormax d.o.o. organizes a prize competition and indicates in the contest rules that a sponsor will handle the prize delivery, personal data of the winner may be shared with the sponsor.


4. Electronic Invoice Intermediary – Conormax d.o.o. is legally required to issue electronic invoices conormax.hr, for public procurement in accordance with the Law on Electronic Invoicing. It has contracted an authorized intermediary service provider for electronic invoicing, who facilitates data exchange between the invoice issuer (Conormax d.o.o.) and the recipient (a legal entity). If the recipient’s official email contains a personal name, it is up to the legal entity to decide whether to provide that contact.


Data Retention Period 

Conormax.hr Conormax d.o.o. retains the personal data of registered Customers for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. Customer data is stored until account registration is active and for six months after deactivation, to resolve any complaints from the previous period. Subscriber (User) data for product and promotion notifications is stored as long as the registration is active.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

Customers and Users can access their personal data at any time by logging into their conormax.hr account, where they can review and update the information they have shared. conormax.hr,Customers and Users may also request a full report on stored personal data and request corrections by emailing the Data Protection Officer at  info@conormax.hrinfo@conormax.hr.


Deletion of Personal Data ("Right to be Forgotten") 

Customers and Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. Customers can request data deletion by sending an email to info@conormax.hr, and their data will be deleted without delay. info@conormax.hr  and their data will be deleted without delay. Users can request deletion through any promotional email received from Conormax d.o.o. or by emailing info@conormax.hr, info@conormax.hr explicitly requesting data removal.


Right to object 

If, despite all the measures taken to protect personal data, you believe that you have grounds for an objection, please contact the personal data protection officer at info@conormax.hr. info@conormax.hr Of course, you have the right to report the matter to the supervisory body of the Personal Data Protection Agency.

The collected data is in electronic form and protected by an SSL certificate that encrypts the data and thus ensures that communication between the Customer's or User's computer and Conormax d.o.o. takes place using a secure protocol. conormax.hr takes data protection seriously and takes various precautions to protect personal data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be 100% secure. As a result, although Conormax d.o.o. implements reasonable protective measures for data protection, it cannot guarantee the protection of any information transmitted to or from the conormax.hr website  conormax.hr, and is not responsible for the actions of any third party that receives such information.   Conormax.hr Conormax.hr may decide to store personal data with service providers within the EU and only outside the EU. It will do so only if there is a European Commission adequacy decision for that country and if a guarantee has been agreed and compliance with mandatory regulations on personal data protection has been adhered to.

If the Buyer or User does not agree with this Privacy Statement, we instruct the Buyer and User to leave and not access or use the website conormax.hr. conormax.hr,The amendment of the privacy statement takes effect immediately after its publication on the website conormax.hr. conormax.hr,.    Continuation of use of the conormax.hr website conormax.hr, by the Buyer and User after the changes come into force implies that the Buyer and User confirms and accepts the amended Privacy Statement.
