Retaining the displacement of 138cm 3 , the existing model has been redesigned and downsized to achieve a weight reduction of 1.0 kg (24.0kg *1 ). The reduced weight improves operability.

In addition to the weight reduction, a carrying handle is integrated into the bottom cover which is rounded and easier to hold, a new carrying handle on the front further improves its portability.

Improved ease of use
The fuel tank and new lubrication systems allow the outboard to be transported and stored on any of the three sides (starboard, vertical or port side) without fuel or oil leakage.

The fuel tank is located on top of the housing, positioned above the carburetor, which allows gravity feed of fuel. This allows the engine to start immediately after refueling, even after long-term storage. These features have improved its ease of use as a portable outboard.
